CREC is a service for cataloging and finding commercial real estate listings on the map.

In these Terms, the “CREC administration” means the persons who operate, develop and support the service.

These Terms govern the use of CREC and do not constitute a public offer for paid services. Terms for paid services, if introduced, will be published separately.

By continuing to use CREC, the user confirms that they have reviewed these Terms.

Users must provide accurate registration information, keep their password confidential and not give third parties access to their account.

Actions performed through a user account are considered to have been performed by that user unless the CREC administration has been informed that access was lost.

The listing author is responsible for having the right to publish the provided information, photographs and contact details and for keeping them accurate and current.

False, unlawful, discriminatory or misleading information and materials that infringe the rights of others are prohibited.

The author must update or archive a listing when the property is no longer available or material terms have changed.

Contact details opened through CREC may only be used for lawful communication concerning the relevant property or agreed cooperation.

Communication through CREC must be relevant, professional and respectful and concern a property, a real estate search or agreed cooperation. Users must respect each other’s time, privacy and personal boundaries.

Insults, threats, discriminatory or persistent unwanted messages, knowingly false information, spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud and disclosure of contacts to third parties without a proper basis are prohibited.

In response to reports or repeated violations of these communication rules, the CREC administration may restrict messaging, access to contacts or use of an account.

The CREC administration may review information, request clarification, correct technical errors, limit visibility, reject or archive listings in response to rule violations, reports or indications that information is outdated.

Publication or review of a listing does not guarantee the legal status of a property, the authority of its author or the completion of a future transaction.

Removing a listing from the active catalog or user account may be implemented through archiving.

Archived data may be retained for change history, analytics, abuse prevention, request handling and compliance with lawful obligations under the Privacy Policy.

CREC aims to keep the catalog operational and current but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the complete accuracy of every listing.

Users independently verify the property, documents, authority of the parties, contacts and terms of any future arrangement.

CREC is not a party to arrangements between users unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Rights to photographs, text and other materials remain with their lawful rights holders.

By adding materials to CREC, the user permits their storage, technical processing and display as part of the catalog.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the CREC Privacy Policy.

These Terms may be updated as the service develops, its functionality changes or legal requirements change.

The current version is published on this page with its effective date.
