About CREC
CREC is a commercial real estate catalog on the map.
For property seekers
CREC helps users find commercial properties by location and key parameters, save selected properties, compare listings and open listing-author contacts.
For owners and brokers
Users can add and manage their own listings and keep property information up to date.
Property information
Listings may be added by users or processed by the CREC administration. Before making decisions, we recommend additionally verifying listing availability, property characteristics, contacts and proposed terms.
Interaction between users
CREC provides catalog and communication tools. Users agree on viewings, leases, sales or other arrangements concerning a particular property directly with the listing author.
